  • September 16th - Middlebrook Farm

    Join us for our first Farm to Table Dinner at Middlebrook Farms! Chef Aaron Holt has carefully curated a 5 course meal including dessert made from locally sourced food and farms. We are so excited to spend the evening with you enjoying drinks, dinner and live music.

    Evening Schedule:

    5-6 pm - Cocktail hour (grab a drink, mingle, listen to live music)

    6-8 pm - 5 course meal with dessert curated by our Chef, Aaron Holt from Doolittle Farms

    8-9 pm - Grab a drink to finish off the evening and wind down in our outdoor lounge area

    Menu:

    Course 1: grazing table of local cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, honey, jam, pickled veggies and toast/crackers

    Course 2: heirloom tomato salad, whipped homemade ricotta, aged balsamic pearls, basil chiffonade, local greens, toasted pine nuts.

    Course 3: pressed Iowa pork belly, charred corn and garden peppers, pickled cauliflower, bacon jam.

    Course 4: sous vide Iowa beef, confit new potatoes, summer garden veggies, peppercorn sauce, pea tendrils.

    Course 5: chocolate tort, local cherry compote, vanilla bean whipped cream, edible flower
